Shipping & Returns


All orders ship Monday through Friday from the United States. Processing your order to the completed creation of your product will takes 5-7 days plus the time for standard shipments.

Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Please email a Feisty Gal Cares Representative at  Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once an order is sent to our studio for printing. Each of our items is handmade with love and zest!

  • Spend $50 or more in the contiguous USA, and free standard shipping is on the house!
  • Spend under $50 in the contiguous USA, and standard shipping is only $5.00
    • Each Feisty Gal Studio item is handmade here in the US. Thus no two products will be the same. 
    • Orders placed after 7 am PST on Friday will process the following Monday
    • Feisty Gal Studio is not responsible for UPS or UPS shipping delays
    • UPS does not ship on weekends
    UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. Therefore a valid street address is required!

    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed, unworn item with the original Feisty Gal Studio tags attached for an exchange of equal or lesser value, less the shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.

    Each item is handmade per order, therefore, we do not offer refunds due to the unique creation of each product. 

    Processing Your Return & Exchange

    Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original Feisty Gal Studio tags attached and the original packaging included.

    • We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
    • Any order discrepancies must be reported within two business days.
    • Feisty Gal Studio is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping info before you make your purchase!
    • Personalized and Monogrammed items are not returnable.
    • Please handle your products with care! Any damages caused by improper handling are not our responsibility.

    Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

    We do not accept returns on clearance + sale

    Did you receive a damaged product? We are sorry about that! Message us at and let’s get you something new.

    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
